Important Info & FAQ:

Ring sizes: If you require a ring size not listed on the site, please leave us a note at checkout with your exact size (quarter size, sizes below 3.5 or above 10, etc.) and we will make your ring to your size. 

Please note, eternity bands cannot be made in quarter sizes.

Production Time: As everything we create is handmade to order by our small team of 3 jewellers, most of our pieces require a 4-5 week lead time. More complex orders require 6 weeks. For the holidays, we will do our best to condense and expedite this process to ensure you receive your special gifts in time! We aim to have ALL orders placed before November 1st shipped in time for the holidays. Due to high volume during this time, please let us know if you have a date requirement so that we can focus on prioritizing orders.

Shipping: Please keep in mind the shipping time to your location! We highly recommend upgrading to FedEx Express for all orders during the holiday season. If you are located outside of Canada, please consider upgrading when selecting your shipping options. The post often experiences delays due to volume and does take longer than FedEx. We need the time to make your piece before shipping, so please do remember there's both production time AND shipping time to consider at checkout when selecting your shipping option. We can't guarantee arrival for Christmas if your order is placed after 01/11/2024.

Gift with Purchase: Limited to one (1) free gift per customer. Ordering double the threshold or ordering more than once will only yield one freebie! Our "Worry Dolls" and "Journal Charm" are made in solid sterling silver. Worry dolls arrive with no chain; journal charm will arrive with elastic.
